Strategic Drawing for Founders, Leaders and Sales Teams

Every great idea
needs to be seen,
not just heard.

Turn complex ideas into Strategic Drawings so your message lands. What takes hours to explain, takes minutes to see.

For founders, leaders and sales teams who need a clear, one-page story that lands fast. Strategic Drawings bring your ideas in to focus, get everyone on the same page and help you move forward.

This is you

Too many ideas? Message not landing? Death by PowerPoint?

If these sound familiar, you're not alone. These are the most common challenges leaders face when trying to communicate.

What you need

A structured visual, designed to win the room

One drawing that's easy to talk to and impossible to forget. Create a lasting message that stays with people long after you've left the room.

Why Strategic Drawings work

Structure creates clarity. Story makes it memorable. Simplicity lands the message.

Most messages don't get lost because the idea was wrong, but because they were hard to follow. Strategic Drawings capture people's hearts, minds and imagination.

What are Strategic Drawings?

Strategic Drawings are one-page maps that distil your message into something clear, structured and easy to share. They turn complex ideas, strategies or offers into a visual that people understand quickly and remember.

When should I use a Strategic Drawing?

They’re ideal when you need to sell an idea fast, pitch to a senior room, align a team, communicate a strategy or stand out in a crowded space. If the stakes are high or the message is hard to explain, a single clear page beats a bloated deck.

How does this differ from a slide deck?

Slide decks explain. Strategic Drawings clarify. Instead of burying the message in 30 slides, you get one page that captures the story, structure and meaning. It’s easier to present, easier to share and much harder to ignore.

What kinds of visuals can you create?

Formats include strategy roadmaps, vision maps, offer maps, operating models and simple “explainers” for ideas, products or processes. The right format depends on your goal, who the message is for and how it will be used.

Do I need to come with a perfectly formed idea?

No. Many people come when the message is rough, unclear or still changing. The visual process helps shape and sharpen the core story.

Can I use the final visual in presentations, pitches or print?

Yes. You receive a high-quality file you can drop into pitch decks, share with your team or use in meetings, proposals or social content.

Let's bring your ideas to life

The next clear decision starts with a conversation.
