YOUR COACH and visual thinking expert
A Radical New Approach
I'm Rachel Smith, a former Architect and now Executive Coach.

I have created this program on Sketchstorming because I feel strongly that the path to growth is through clarity. Sketchstorming is the tool that lifts the fog and I want everyone to be able to access that skill.

As a architect, I spent a decade of my career learning the power of how a live and messy sketch can crystalise your thinking and win over a room. And in coaching, how a series of Sketchstorms have paved the way for many personal and professional breakthroughs.

I've distilled my 22 years of drawing led communication yielding a pen in the board room, in the beating heart of progressive businesses and with Olympic athletes, in to this program. The key ingredients will allow anyone to use drawings to get ahead.

FAQS
I'm not great at drawing, is this for me?
V
Absolutely! This course is designed to cater to beginners who may not have drawing experience. Our curriculum is structured to help you develop foundational drawing skills and techniques, making it accessible and beneficial for individuals of all skill levels.
Does my time zone matter?
V
No, your time zone does not matter. The classes are scheduled around GMT/BST.
What happens if I miss a class?
V
No problem. All sessions will be recorded for you to catch up if you miss one.
Do I need an Ipad?
V
You can learn part of the skill of Sketchstorming with just a pen and paper. If you want to take it further, you will need access to a digital tablet with an editable canvas. In week 2, we will learn how to use Noteful. It is a simple and easy to learn Notetaking app (it's free features are enough for Sketchstorming). It's no problem if you use a different tablet or software type.
Will there be future cohorts?
V
Yes there will be. In 2026, we'll be going live with our first ever self-paced course. Stay tuned on the website and LinkedIn for updates.
What is the refund policy?

V
We do not offer refunds. Once you enroll in the course, all fees are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances. We encourage you to review the course details carefully before making your decision to ensure that the course aligns with your needs and expectations.
