Session 2 + 3: Identify Barriers

During these sessions, we pinpoint the obstacles that may hinder your progress. On a deeper level, we explore the impact they've had on your ability to step up.

Session 4 + 5: Focus on behaviour change

Here, we focus on creating and trying out actionable steps and new habits that will help you move closer to your goal.

Session 6: Review and plan new goal

We evaluate your progress, celebrate successes, and set a new goal to keep your momentum going.

About Rachel Smith

Rachel is an accredited Executive coach with the EMCC with over 10 years experience. She is also a public voice on how visuals can create clarity and spark change.

She has rich roster of clients from CEOs and founders to managers, authors and Olympic gold medalists.

As a former award winning architect, she is skilled at making change happen. In coaching, she holds both strength and sensitivity. Because of that she has been described as intuitive, insightful and empathetic as well as “repeatedly getting to the essence of any topic”.
